When I stood for my first public speech opportunity, my legs shook more than the podium. I had ideas, but no architecture to hold them, and no poise or guile to deliver them. It wasn't just about fear; it was about the frustration of being misunderstood and failing an essential task.

Over the years, I realized that public speaking isn't a performance art—it's a survival skill. In schools, colleges, boardrooms, in policy making, and in daily life, the person who can structure their thoughts and articulate them with empathy is the person who leads.
